🌸EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival Quick Tips

📝 Pick your must-try foods before you arrive

With 20+ Outdoor Kitchens and 180+ dishes, it’s easy to fill up too fast. Choose 10–12 must-try items ahead of time so you don’t waste stomach space on random picks.

⏰ Start festival eating around 11 AM

Most booths open at 11:00 AM, not park opening. Ride attractions first, then shift to food for shorter lines and fresher dishes.

🍽 Share portions and pace yourself

Festival servings are tasting-size but filling. Split dishes, alternate savory and sweet, and build in water or A/C breaks so you last the whole day.

🥕 Use Garden Graze strategically

Look for the 🥕 icon in the Festival Passport. Buy any 5 qualifying items to earn a free treat. Choose items you actually want instead of treating it like a checklist.

🗺 Walk the park in a smart loop

Start near World Celebration/Discovery booths, then enter World Showcase and move in one direction. This keeps walking efficient and avoids backtracking.

💵 Expect festival food to add up

Most dishes cost $5–$10 each. Plan roughly $50–$75 per adult for a full festival grazing day.
